Developing Liquid Restaking Solutions for public blockchain networks is the main goal of Kelp DAO. Currently, the Kelp DAO is constructing rsETH, an LRT solution for Ethereum on EigenLayer. The purpose of the Kelp DAO-issued rsETH Liquid Restaked Token (LRT) is to provide liquidity to illiquid assets placed in restaking platforms like EigenLayer. It attempts to address the dangers and difficulties that the existing restaking offering presents.
Although Kelp DAO does not currently have a governance token of its own, it has introduced the Kelp Miles point system and made suggestions on compensating users. Stake Ethereum or other LSTs like stETH, or contribute liquidity to the rsETH pools, to begin earning Kelp miles and EigenLayer points. Users who launch their own token and accumulate Kelp Miles will probably receive an airdrop.
Status: Airdrop unconfirmed
Comprehensive Guide on How to Claim $KEP Airdrop Token
- Go to the website of Kelp DAO.
- Link your Arbitrum or Ethereum wallet.
- ETH or other LSTs like stETH, ETHx, or sfrxETH are required. ETH is available on Binance.
- Put it on Kelp DAO now.
- You will receive rsETH, the liquid staking token of Kelp DAO.
- At this point, yield, Kelp Miles, and EigenLayer points are all yours to earn.
- In order to gain additional Kelp Miles, click “DeFi” and contribute liquidity to one of the accessible rsETH pools.
- To get 10% Kelp Miles for each friend you refer, go to the “Dashboard” and do the same.
- Additionally, users can now convert their EigenLayer points into marketable tokens by using the non-governance token known as “KEP.” For additional information about KEP, see this tweet.
- Although they don’t currently have a governance token, they have made mention of compensating users who accrue Kelp Miles.
- Therefore, if their token goes live, those that accumulate Kelp Miles will probably receive an airdrop.
- Gaining EigenLayer points may also qualify you for the EigenLayer speculative airdrop.
