Business Development Manager – Home\/Field-based – Surrey Area<\/strong><\/p>\n Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, travel expenses or option for company car & home-based contract <\/strong><\/p>\n Year 1 \u2013 £5k- £7k <\/p>\n Year 2 – £10k -£15k <\/p>\n Year 3 – £24k -£30k <\/p>\n Here at Brakes, we\u2019ve got ambitious growth plans so if you want to be a part shaping the future of our independent business, joining a team at the cutting edge of foodservice trends then we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. <\/p>\n What you\u2019ll be doing: <\/strong><\/p>\n Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with fresh, independent new business opportunities whilst keeping that pipeline flowing <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Cultivate killer connections with independent players in the local food market using your innate curiosity for all things foodie <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Craft bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save precious time and money <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Serve up some tasty growth, hitting those profit targets and being rewarded accordingly <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Welcome aboard new clients with style and finesse, making sure they feel right at home with your Area Sales Manager buddy <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Keep an eye on the competition and independent market trends, so you can dish out the hottest solutions and insights from the world’s biggest food wholesaler <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Crush those market goals like a seasoned foodie conquering a buffet! <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n What we are looking for; <\/strong><\/p>\n Ideally, you\u2019ll come from a similar background to Field Sales, however this isn\u2019t essential. <\/p>\n We are looking for people who have a commercial mindset, who have the drive and ambition to make a difference to the business by delivering against targets. <\/p>\n The customer will be at heart of everything you do, so being confident being out on the field is essential. <\/p>\n We have a great induction programme where we will teach you everything you need to know about our products and the business, so although food service experience\/ hospitality would be advantageous, you\u2019ll get the training you need to succeed. <\/p>\n We\u2019re not just looking for a good fit, we want people who help to make us even better.
