This is a full time permanent role paying between &#163;28,000-&#163;34,000 depending on experience. The role will be office based 5 days per week in North London. The primary  purpose of this role is to provide advice and guidance to learners not in education, employment or training with the view to secure them education or work opportunities. <\/p>\n<p>The Job Coach will be: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing information, advice and guidance to learners aged 16-24 <\/li>\n<li>Assessing the learners needs and their barriers to progression <\/li>\n<li>Offering coaching and mentoring <\/li>\n<li>Planning the programme and setting targets <\/li>\n<li>Conducting work place visits\n<p>The Job Coach will need to: <\/li>\n<li>Have experience of working with NEET&#8217;s and providing advice and guidance <\/li>\n<li>Hold a Level 3 IAG qualification (or be willing to work towards this) <\/li>\n<li>Be flexible with travel across North London and the surrounding areas <\/li>\n<li>Have experience working with SEN\/homelessness\/substance misuse\/care leavers or criminal activity <\/li>\n<li>Be qualified to a minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent\n<p>If you would like to work for an organisation focussed on advancing young peoples careers through education and employment then please apply now. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
