\nParagon Resource Solutions are currently working with a reputable housing contractor who are recruiting for a Site Manager with a background in social housing maintenance for a permanent role based in Norwich to run a domestic maintenance contract covering the East Anglia region.<\/p>\n
Monday – Friday – 7.30am-5pm<\/p>\n
Salary in the region of £40-42k per annum DOE<\/p>\n
The suitable candidate will ideally have worked on the contractor side with relevant experience in the social housing sector working on internal refurbishment within occupied domestic properties.<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities include –<\/p>\n
Reporting to a Contracts Manager and working alongside an RLO the role involves managing and overseeing direct labour and subcontractors on a local housing contract covering the Norwich and Norfolk area ensuring they are working to deadlines and adhering to all health and safety procedures.<\/p>\n

Based from an office in Norwich (not City Centre)<\/p>\n
