This role will involve working on the Sales Ledger and Credit Control of the business whilst also dealing with the Purchase Ledger once a week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Work for this Company?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discretionary bonus!<\/li>\n<li>Cycle to work &amp; tech scheme<\/li>\n<li>Interest free season ticket loan!<\/li>\n<li>Private medical insurance<\/li>\n<li>A chance to join a fun and sociable team!<\/li>\n<li>We placed 3 candidates there last year and are still enjoying their positions!<\/li>\n<li>Great company culture and team environment!<\/li>\n<li>Offices located right in the City of London, close to markets, bars, and restaurants!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All round Sales Ledger and Credit Control duties.<\/li>\n<li>Raising credit notes when required.<\/li>\n<li>Inputting data, setting up records and projects on their accounts systems.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing statements when required.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase ledger duties on one day of the week.<\/li>\n<li>Covering other members of the finance team when on annual leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience of basic accounts and data inputting is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a Sales Ledger or Accounts Assistant role is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who will be able to hit the ground running and able to figure things out on their own.<\/li>\n<li>Can do attitude and someone who does not take themselves too serious as a lot of banter within the office.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Sage or Dynamic is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisation skills and use of Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Professional, friendly, and approachable whilst having the ability to work as part of a team and individually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
