The department provides advice and support to high calibre clients across a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to Corporate & Commercial disputes, Fraud Recovery, Professional Negligence claims, Construction disputes, Banking litigation and Insolvency.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
* Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 1years’ PQE in Dispute Resolution.
* Demonstrate interest in dispute resolution, encompassing litigation and insolvency.
* An understanding of the Civil Procedures Rules.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Competent IT skills.<\/p>\n
