Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Setting and agreeing on sales targets in consultation with your Branch Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively expanding the customer base through effective selling techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting targets set and agreed upon with the Branch Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Engaging with customers on a day-to-day basis via telephone, email, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular sales meetings with internal and external sales partners.<\/li>\n<li>Managing stock control to meet agreed stock turn targets.<\/li>\n<li>Balancing service levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining customer records and company files securely and responsibly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations within the sales and warehouse environment.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling other sales-related duties as required.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the recruitment of internal sales staff alongside the Branch Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Handling appraisals, disciplinaries, and grievance procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Providing coaching and leadership to motivate the sales force.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:<\/strong> We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and self-motivated sales professional with supervisory or management experience, or the readiness to step into such a role.
