Our client is currently looking for an exceptional Renewals Negotiator to join their team in effectively negotiating renewals and change of occupancies. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, an enthusiasm for the London lettings market, and a track record of providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include the following:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants, Renewals and providing the relevant advice
\u2022 Building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with the lettings teams
\u2022 Adhering to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracy
\u2022 Progressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time frames
\u2022 Maintaining and developing relevant compliance and legislative knowledge.<\/p>\n
Skills and experience required:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent working knowledge of lettings and tenancy legislation and contract requirements
\u2022 Highly motivated and confident
\u2022 Strong organisational and time management skills
\u2022 Excellent and accurate written communication skills
\u2022 Excellent customer service skills
\u2022 Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
\u2022 High level of IT skills
\u2022 Meticulous attention to detail
\u2022 Proactive.<\/p>\n
The salary for this role will include a basic of £27,000 to £28,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £36,000 to £39,000.
