About The Role As a Guest Services Advisor, you’ll be building strong relationships with guests that will enable you to enhance their holiday, solve their problems and exceed their expectations at every opportunity! <\/p>\n You will take ownership of guest queries and complaints received over the one and via our online chat service, going the extra mile every time!<\/p>\n Looking for progression? If you’ve got a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and strong communication skills in all forms, we’d love to hear from you!<\/p>\n No two days are the same at Butlin’s so a positive and planned out approach to the working day is welcomed, alongside the confidence to make your own decisions and act on initiative. <\/p>\n Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.<\/p>\n Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
