Then this is the role for you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for assisting in managing processes to ensure the finance systems are running effectively and adequately controlled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hourly Pay Rate:<\/strong>&nbsp;&#163;23.93 PAYE or &#163;29.23 Umbrella<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hours:<\/strong>&nbsp;Full time 35 hours per week, Mon-Friday&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contract Length:<\/strong>&nbsp;3 months (View to extend)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:&nbsp;<\/strong>Southwark\/London Bridge (Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office each week)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong>&nbsp;ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client:<\/strong>&nbsp;London Fire Brigade&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide effective maintenance and control of the Brigade\u2019s Finance Systems including the core ledger system:&nbsp; and finance applications<\/li>\n<li>Providing routine and ad-hoc financial information using the reporting tool (Cognos), BEAT and AP Supplier tool in accordance with required timescales.<\/li>\n<li>Providing advice and support to finance systems users as required, including ad-hoc support and planned user meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Experience and Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in systems administration and support for finance systems within a large organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing or upgrading finance systems, including coordinating testing plans and analysing results.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse stakeholder data and reporting requirements to provide effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing system access, training, documentation, issue resolution, and process improvements for finance systems.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of organising, planning, and prioritising work independently to meet deadlines and targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don&#8217;t miss your chance to be a part of London\u2019s Fire Safety Scene.
