You&#8217;ll help with in-app product content for the portfolio of frontline-worker focused products that help workers execute their day-to-day tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On a typical day in this role, you might:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with an interaction designer to craft copy for a feature or flow<\/li>\n<li>Do a terminology exploration for a new concept<\/li>\n<li>Develop copy treatments for a user research study or in-product experiment<\/li>\n<li>Bring your voice to a design critique of proposed features or scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Draft a new entry for our term list and review with the team<\/li>\n<li>Observe a customer study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll love this role if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;re passionate about words, design, and technology<\/li>\n<li>You know the names of a few parts of speech<\/li>\n<li>You love a variety of writing challenges-from teeny mobile spaces to coherent cross-product flows to friendly how-to articles<\/li>\n<li>You dig digging into metrics and customer feedback<\/li>\n<li>You thrive in creative, collaborative cultures, yet are disciplined, organized, and able to independently manage the details of your work<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re proactive about communicating priorities and trade-offs-and adjusting as you get feedback<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re self-aware, growth-minded, and composed<\/li>\n<li>You understand the broader context of your work, and can always map your activities to both customer needs and business goals<\/li>\n<li>Most of all, you care about the people who are using technology, and making their experiences better<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy-with occasional flair<\/li>\n<li>Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice<\/li>\n<li>Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse\/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5&#43;
