Role Overview:<\/p>\n
As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our nuclear projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for nuclear projects.
\u2022 Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to identify potential risks and issues.
\u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans and ensure project objectives are met.
\u2022 Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
\u2022 Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.<\/p>\n
Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
\u2022 Proven experience in project controls management within the nuclear industry.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
\u2022 Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
\u2022 Familiarity with nuclear safety standards, regulations, and best practices.<\/p>\n
