Position Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical inquiries, issues, and escalations related to Power Platform applications.<\/li>\n<li>Offer level 2 support by effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maximize performance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and adhere to best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Customize Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance existing applications.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform technologies to recommend and implement enhancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Application Support Engineer &#8211; Power Platform &#8211; Technical Competencies:<\/strong><br \/><strong><em>Essentials:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of experience as a&nbsp;power platform engineer&nbsp;or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in developing and supporting&nbsp;Power Apps, Power Automate flows,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Power BI dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data modeling and integration concepts within the&nbsp;Power Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Microsoft 365&nbsp;and&nbsp;Dynamics 365&nbsp;integration points.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Application Support Engineer &#8211;
