\u00a355,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 22\/03\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category Manager &#8211; All About Food<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Manchester<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The Advocate Group are proud to be partnering with All About Food, a leading FMCG organisation with blue chip capability and a disruptor mindset.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Backed by their collaborative, make it happen culture, the All About Food team is responsible for transitioning the success of leading restaurant brands like Nando&#8217;s, Costa, Wagamama and Pret into the world of grocery retail. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive performance across our business through the creation of insight to support knowledge and understanding.<\/li>\n<li>Challenge assumptions within the business to drive performance through regularly sharing insights.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the use of this knowledge and understanding to inform both reactive and proactive range, cuisine and category strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage our strategic category relationship with relevant internal and external key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Brand Team with NPD ideation to enable them to develop the Retail Brand Strategy and Annual Operational Plan for their brand\/s.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Category Director with the evaluation of new brands in line with the business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Brand and Sales teams to manage and execute the annual budgeting and business planning process for their brand(s) and customer(s) with their Finance Business Partner.<\/li>\n<li>Constantly review process and procedure within the role and make recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Be an active and vocal member of the Category and the wider team.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously learn and develop skills, knowledge and experience to fulfil the short and long term objectives of the organisation to achieve constantly increasing operational output and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Personally, live the All About Food Values every day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical and investigative skills driven by personal curiosity.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent creative and visual presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised and enjoys working to a structure.<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn.<\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Good teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about food, people, and the world around us<\/li>\n<li>Motivated and positive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you &#8211;
