We are recruiting for a Senior Parts Supervisor for car dealership in Hayes to run a team of 4 telesales and 4 drivers. You will be dealing with a range of customers include non-franchised dealers, independent sites and bodyshops, who are looking to buy quality automotive parts. You will need an excellent telephone manner, good computer skills, and must be capable of delivering excellent customer service whilst driving good levels of sales. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of all customers, problem solving if necessary and negotiating with existing and potential customers to maximise and increase sales. The successful candidate must have automotive parts experience, either in a motor-factor or dealership environment. The working week is Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings and on offer to the right candidate is an excellent basic salary of £32500 plus bonus giving an OTE of £37400 plus an attractive benefits package including a subsidised car scheme. <\/p>\n
