If so, this could be the role for you! <\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established and successful manufacturing organisation based in Wolverhampton.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#163;23,000 &#8211; &#163;26,000 Depending on experience <\/li>\n<li>Office Based<\/li>\n<li>9am &#8211; 5pm Monday &#8211; Friday (30 minute lunch &amp; 15 minute break) <\/li>\n<li>Sick Pay<\/li>\n<li>Parking <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Daily Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>As an Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing full end to end sales support, from taking the order through to dispatch.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking and processing customer sales orders (over the phone and via emails)<\/li>\n<li>Raising customer quotations<\/li>\n<li>Managing and developing customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Provide pricing and delivery information<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with customers, suppliers and various internal departments <\/li>\n<li>Management of customer expectations and keep customers updated<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the first point of contact for customers <\/li>\n<li>Covering reception duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About you? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a Sales Administration role or similar<\/li>\n<li>Sales order processing experience <\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver a high level customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail ensuring information is accurate and correct<\/li>\n<li>Competent in MS applications word &amp; excel <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apply today! <\/p>\n<p>Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
