I am currently working with an award-winning SaaS advertising company, who are seeking a new Account Executive\/Client Success Manager.<\/p>\n
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in building their customer relationships via inbound and outbound interaction with our customers.<\/p>\n
They are on the lookout for a Client Success Manager, who has a passion for building strong client relationships and a talent for consultative sales.<\/p>\n
Their Client Success Managers become the go-to advisors for a range of eCommerce businesses from SME to Enterprise and in a range of sectors from Fashion and Footwear, Home and Living, Sports and Performance, Health, and Beauty, and more, to ensure they receive the best value from their products.<\/p>\n
The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts with high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for upselling.<\/p>\n Client Advocacy: Understand their business goals and challenges and advise on solutions that can help achieve their objectives.<\/p>\n Strategic Upselling: Analyse client needs to recommend additional services that could benefit their eCommerce strategy – upselling should be a natural outcome of your consultative approach through a deep understanding of our product offerings.<\/p>\n Retention Strategy: Proactively engage with clients to ensure continuous value from our services to prevent churn.<\/p>\n Performance Tracking: Monitor account health metrics, provide strategic reviews, and tailor advice to help clients maximise ROI from the business.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n You will need:<\/p>\n Minimum of two years’ experience in account management, client success, or a similar role within a digital environment.<\/p>\n Demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.<\/p>\n A consultative mindset, with a focus on providing value-based advice and solutions.<\/p>\n Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and potential risks within account portfolios.<\/p>\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust without being pushy.<\/p>\n Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n Competitive Base Salary (Pay Scale: £27k – £37k)<\/p>\n Generous Commission Model (OTE: £40k – £60k)<\/p>\n Additional bonuses and incentives<\/p>\n Employment Share Scheme<\/p>\n Company Pension Scheme<\/p>\n Exclusive discounts from our clients<\/p>\n 24 holidays + bank holidays<\/p>\n Easily accessible office, based in the heart of Middlesbrough<\/p>\n Full (and ongoing) training and support provided<\/p>\n This role is office based, so you must live within commuting distance to central Middlesbrough.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 02\/05\/2024
