\u00a370,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 21\/03\/2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procurement <\/strong><strong>Manager &#8211; (Construction) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join a leading independent construction and property consultancy. <\/p>\n<p>The Procurement Manager role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working of 3 days per week in office and a competitive salary of up to &#163;75K plus other attractive benefits. <\/p>\n<p>You will be part of a growing Procurement team working to develop an informed, transparent service that understands client needs for the successful delivery of multi-billion-pound projects and provides client visibility for managing procurement opportunities. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager <\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring implementation of commercial policy and providing advice and guidance to commercial team and project colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Develop supplier management strategies and strategies for transition to contract management<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with clients, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations<\/li>\n<li>Assess and manage risk on multimillion pound &#43; projects and identifying commercial approaches to minimise risk and maximise opportunity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification of the Procurement Manager<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable with procurement compliance<\/li>\n<li>Experience in procurement of construction projects and programmes in a regulated environment<\/li>\n<li>Have worked in a consultancy environment or client side<\/li>\n<li>Experience with significant size projects (&#163;50m projects&#43;)<\/li>\n<li>Ideally MCIPS or similar qualification &#8211;
