This is a full-time permanent position offering hybrid working; with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. With  working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday covering 8 am- 6 pm (Rota).<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Service Delivery Analyst<\/strong>, you will be required to conduct site visits mainly in Devon and on occasion, you will need to travel further afield i.e. Cornwall, Somerset, and Bristol areas. A driving licence and your own vehicle with business  insurance are essential.? <\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Delivery Analyst Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being the first point of contact for customers contacting the Service Desk, taking ownership of the enquiry from start to finish <\/li>\n<li>Dealing with a range of customer incidents, resolving, and progressing proactive alerts, both in person and remotely <\/li>\n<li>Providing support to the internal training team <\/li>\n<li>Providing customers with a one-stop support service <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Service Delivery Analyst Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in providing excellent IT support <\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) environments <\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified on a desktop Operating System (Windows 7 onwards) <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HP System Manager, Dell OpenManage, ymantec Backup Exec, Veeam, Datto, NSLookup, Ping, and Tracert <\/li>\n<li>Experience with 3rd party Vendors &#8211; HP Dell and Lenovo <\/li>\n<li>A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle with Business Insurance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company Benefits: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company aspire to promote a healthy work-life balance and offer opportunities to forward a successful career in IT with learning and development plans.
