&#163;43,500 &#8211; &#163;45,800 &nbsp;&#43; Company Vehicle <\/strong><br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>BRC are working with a Reputable Housing Association who are looking for a Fire Trade Supervisor to join their team in Cambridgeshire &nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Main Responsibilities:<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Overseeing a team of 6 Trade Operatives across multiple sites, ensuring high quality work is being carried out to resident\u2019s homes<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate between the planners and operations manager and the team on a daily basis to plan the operative\u2019s workload<\/li>\n<li>Complete site surveys and meet with clients to continuously improve services<\/li>\n<li>Process orders for materials and managing resources effectively<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff carrying out fault fixing and maintenance duties, ensuring these are in-line with the service and works specifications<\/li>\n<li>Review PPM and remedials works are being planned<\/li>\n<li>Ensure health and safety regulations are being adhered to at all times<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment for the teams as well as regular performance reviews and development of staff<\/li>\n<li>Support staff in resolving difficult problems, ensuring customers are kept informed with timelines and processes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Job Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable experience of managing\/supervising staff within a fire and security environment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of health and safety legislations<\/li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp;<br \/>For more information on this role call Branwen on or send a copy of your CV<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 04\/04\/2024<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center;
