The successful candidate will report into the Team Leader; the team is always growing so there could be a possibility of a permanent contract for the right  candidate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process high volume invoices;<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile statements and assist with month end ledger close down;<\/li>\n<li>Create new suppliers and reconcile accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Raise POs and allocate correctly;<\/li>\n<li>Produce BACS payments;<\/li>\n<li>Other ad hoc finance duties<\/li>\n<li>Other ad hoc duties as required by the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a finance team;<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills;<\/li>\n<li>Use of SAP is essential to this role;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills including strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional benefits and information for the Purchase Ledger Assistant: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhanced annual leave and pension scheme;<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working \u2013 2 days from home following a successful probationary period;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent onsite facilities and free parking;<\/li>\n<li>Sociable and fun working environment&nbsp;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.&nbsp;CMA complies with all relevant UK legislation and doesn\u2019t discriminate on any protected characteristics.
