It is a part-remote role and the conditions are that you will be present in the office for circa 12 working days per month.<\/p>\n<p>We need someone who is an expert in supporting Microsoft products (Office 365 etc), along with being confident \/ experienced in support Apple Mac machines. Read on for more details\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Experience required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3&#43; years of hands-on experience in both user and systems support, or related IT roles.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience supporting a multitude of different operating systems and devices (Apple, Microsoft, etc.), as well as remotely located end-users and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Apple and Microsoft device management MDM, SCCM) and device security\/hardening.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Windows Server tools (Active Directory, Exchange).<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of hardware (including storage), virtualization, networking concepts (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP), information security, and enterprise applications.<\/li>\n<li>Some exposure to virtual desktops (VDI) in a corporate environment an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Telephony and video conferencing systems (VOIP\/PBX).<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record in providing excellent end-user support to executive-level clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly analyse complex issues and come up with innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<li>&#8216;Automate everything\u2019 mindset with relevant real-world ITPA experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance conflicting concerns such as security, maintainability, and usability.<\/li>\n<li>Obsession with all thing\u2019s tech, in and out of the office.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency to deliver tasks and projects in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomous, detail-oriented, highly organized, and quick to adapt to changes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work outside of typical business hours on occasion.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications (e.g., ITIL\u00ae Foundation, Apple Certified Support<\/li>\n<li>Professional (ACSP), MCSA, CompTIA A&#43;, etc.) a huge asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
