A Secondary school in St. Albans is seeking a motivated and empathetic teaching assistant to join their team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils aged 11-16 and to help raise their social, emotional, and academic attainment levels.<\/p>\n
As a Teaching Assistant, you will need to be able to employ restorative and empathetic approaches to work with students. You will play an integral role in helping students to achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n
