{"id":8868,"date":"2024-03-16T02:32:04","date_gmt":"2024-03-16T02:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/residential-childcare-assessor-trainer\/"},"modified":"2024-03-16T02:32:04","modified_gmt":"2024-03-16T02:32:04","slug":"residential-childcare-assessor-trainer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coinsrev.com\/info\/residential-childcare-assessor-trainer\/","title":{"rendered":"Residential Childcare Assessor \/ Trainer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Employer:<\/b> KM Education Recruitment Ltd<br \/>\n<b>Salary:<\/b> \u00a330,000 &#8211; \u00a332,000 per annum<br \/>\n<b>Date Added:<\/b> 02\/02\/2024<br \/>\n<strong>KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>&nbsp;Residential Childcare Assessor \/ Trainer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>&nbsp;Home\/Field based covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:&nbsp;<\/strong>up to &#163;32,000 &#43; Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional &#163;10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Package:<\/strong>&nbsp;Excellent Benefits Package, Bonus, Pension, Expenses &#43; much more<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type:<\/strong>&nbsp;Full Time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32\/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA&nbsp;<strong>OR<\/strong>&nbsp;Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS\/AET).<\/li>\n<li>Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare ideally up to Level 5<\/li>\n<li>Hold a minimum of 2 years\u2019 occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting.<\/li>\n<li>Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Must be flexible with travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and support a caseload of&nbsp;learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.<\/li>\n<li>Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.<\/li>\n<li>Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and maintain documentation on learners&#8217; progress.<\/li>\n<li>Support, advise and motivate learners.<\/li>\n<li>Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><br \/>KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
