\nPure are pleased to be exclusively supporting our client in the hunt for a Finance Director Designate to be based at their head office in Maldon, Essex.<\/p>\n
This newly created role will have you reporting into the owners and senior leadership team of a high growth business with an exceptional reputation.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a senior experienced finance leader that will take ownership of the reporting to deliver first class information that will in turn enhance the performance of the business. Leading a small size team, you will take responsibility for all management and financial reporting and can be both hands-on and strategic.<\/p>\n
Owning the numbers means you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver accurate, timely and meaningful month-end and year-end reporting, but also the consolidated forecasting and budgets.<\/p>\n
This role has been created for an exceptional candidate to help support strategic growth and in turn grow into a Finance Director.<\/p>\n

The role will offer hybrid working with 3 to 4 days per week office based and on top of a salary range of £75,000 to £90,000 equity will also be available.<\/p>\n
