As a Loans Servicing Account Manager, you will be working  within a team, supporting a portfolio of customer cases. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen you experience within the sector, with the ability to continue to grow your career long-term.<\/p>\n<p>Day to day activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being a customer liaison expert for a portfolio of cases, communicating with customers on loans to ensure redemption is on track<\/li>\n<li>Helping customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions<\/li>\n<li>Being the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance<\/li>\n<li>Answering incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service<\/li>\n<li>Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions and default loans policy is met<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review redemption statements<\/li>\n<li>Managing a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle, including receivership or legal repossession processes and complex litigation cases<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reporting and assisting with audits<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to internal customer service policies and regulatory requirements, FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime and Data Protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You will have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A background within bridging loans<\/li>\n<li>Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Be able to collaborate and support customers<\/li>\n<li>The ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work to deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You will be entitled to a full range of company benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, private medical insurance and many others, as well as an excellent career path within the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Interested?
