This role is pivotal in managing and delivering on-site services to their industrial customer base, with a primary focus on filtration processes  within our customer&#8217;s sites. Working closely with the Technical Director and Principal Engineer, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct site and equipment surveys for both new and existing clients, producing drawings, sketches, and specifications as required.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the engineering team to generate project costings, quotations, and proposals to secure new business and fulfil existing contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and expand a network of subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships and ensuring timely completion of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee servicing and project work, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and profitability targets.<\/li>\n<li>Perform servicing and maintenance work as needed, acting as a working supervisor for subcontract labour when required.<\/li>\n<li>Generate planning schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and other documentation as necessary, ensuring professional communication with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Foster site relationships at all levels to generate repeat business and additional servicing opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold the company&#8217;s image and reputation on customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously enhance technical understanding of customer assets and processes to provide tailored advice and proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of work, costings, proposals, and expenses, providing monthly reporting to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of a long-term strategy for on-site services.<\/li>\n<li>Manage training and certification requirements for oneself and subcontractors to remain compliant with customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Procure, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, vehicles, and PPE as necessary for each job, ensuring high standards of appearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive attitude with a focus on customer service, quality, health, and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel within the UK, including overnight stays and weekend work as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CAD, mechanical drawings, and process flow diagrams preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to run jobs independently.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and willingness to utilise company van for travel.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain strong leadership skills and supervise subcontractors effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kelly Services are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
