WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO:
Diary and travel management
Meeting and event coordination
Expenses management
Producing documents and ad hoc admin tasks<\/p>\n
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced, warm and friendly in your approach to supporting a widespread team of Executives. French fluency is also a requirement for the role.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
Spoken French, French native or fluent in French
Knowledge of Salesforce
Experience of at least 3 years EA or PA or Team Assistant experience
Good coordination and communication skills.
A flexible and collaborative attitude
Strong organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
Effective working on own initiative and in a team<\/p>\n
This role offers up to £55k DOE, benefits and hybrid working.<\/p>\n
