The Dispute Resolution team offer services across a wide variety of matters. You will play a pivotal role and have exposure to cases including but not limited to Business Disputes, Personal Disputes, Possession and Boundary Disputes, Contentious Probate and Inheritance Claims, Negligence, Professional Negligence.<\/p>\n

To be successful in this role you will:<\/p>\n
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Dispute Resolution.
* Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities.
* Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
* Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
* Have excellent written and verbally communication skills.
* Competent IT skills.<\/p>\n
