About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsible for the efficient running of one of our Buffet Restaurant operation within our bustling resort of Bognor Regis, you\u2019ll ensure that the highest standard of service is met consistently, ensuring that we delight our guests and receive positive feedback. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, covering 7.30am – 12pm breakfast and 4pm – 8.30pm dinner shifts so flexibility is very important. <\/p>\n As part of the department’s leadership team, it will be your responsibility to manage both your internal team to ensure full compliance of all H&S polices are adhered to.<\/p>\n You will also oversee all team activities within the department including recruitment, performance, and team development. You should be a real advocate for your team\u2019s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121’s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin\u2019s.<\/p>\n As with all roles at Butlin\u2019s, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority. <\/p>\n About You<\/b><\/p>\n We are looking for an experienced Restaurant leader that can support the team to deliver fantastic service, putting the guests first in everything you do. You will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellence experience.<\/p>\n You should have previous experience in busy restaurant or food services environment where a balance of speed and quality is important.<\/p>\n You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.<\/p>\n The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements. <\/p>\n With strong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring your team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day. <\/p>\n About Butlin’s<\/b><\/p>\n At Butlin\u2019s, we\u2019re all about fun, excitement, and adventure by the bucketload! Leading a team to not only deliver the best service to our customers but to make sure the team are always engaged and carrying out best practice, you will support with the opening and closing procedure for each shift efficiently, whilst responding to any guest or team queries and ensuring all food safety and health and safety paperwork is completed in line with company policy and standards.<\/p>\n
