The Claims Handler will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
* Management of the end to end claims process for Subsidence claims, on behalf of domestic and commercial clients
* Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
* Work to set KPIs and client SLAs
* Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.
* Champion the company’s ethics and values<\/p>\n
The Claims Handler will need to have:<\/p>\n
* Claims handling experience in any sector
* Strong customer service experience within a telephony environment
* Personal Integrity – aligned with company values
* Possess a true ‘can do’ attitude
* An eagerness to learn and develop themselves.<\/p>\n
