Responsibilities of the Credit Controller:<\/p>\n
* Collect overdue customer accounts using telephone and email
* Reconcile customer accounts, deal with customer queries, and raise necessary credit notes
* Collaborate and action the debtor’s ledger with line manager and colleagues
* Be proactive in making changes to the method & processes for collection of debt
* Negotiate payment plans and setting up terms and conditions for customers
* Support other members of the finance team when required<\/p>\n
About you as the Credit Controller:<\/p>\n
* Must be immediately available or on a 1 week notice period
* Working in a fast-paced credit environment
* Good Excel and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Calm and confident manner
* Good team worker but also able to work independently<\/p>\n
