You will be expected to operate cleaning machines (after training) and present a professional, friendly image at all times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of scrubber\/dryer, rotary scrubber, escalator cleaner, pressure washers, car park &amp; vacuum cleaning machines, balers, compactors amongst others.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning of all public accessible areas<\/li>\n<li>Sweeping, mopping and cleaning floors (both inside and outside)<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning public and staff toilets (both male and female)<\/li>\n<li>Emptying bins and removing rubbish<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning low level windows and glass<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning walls (including pillars)<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning signage (both internal and external)<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning stairs, stairwells, ramps and escalators<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning offices and Data Control<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning of staff rooms, facilities and kitchens<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning lifts<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning car parks, service roads, corridors and back of house areas <\/li>\n<li>Cleaning barriers, vending machines, fixtures and fittings<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning external entrances, perimeters and walkways including gardening areas<\/li>\n<li>Waste; Sorting into appropriate containers, removing cardboard and other items for recycling<\/li>\n<li>Producing cardboard bales and transporting using a forklift if licensed, to allocated area<\/li>\n<li>Completing daily forms to support work carried out<\/li>\n<li>To attend meetings and training provided by Intu Retail Services on operation related subjects<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with all work related Health and Safety regulations at all times<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable task requested by a member of the supervisory\/management team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essential: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Customer Care Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Communication Skills both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Flexible\/supportive team player<\/li>\n<li>Confident\/friendly distribution<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail \/vigilance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good literacy &amp; numeracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Well presented appearance<\/li>\n<li>Reliable<\/li>\n<li>Flexible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Hours &#8211;&nbsp;30 hours.
