Salary £35,000 to £45,000<\/strong>

Dealing effectively and liaising with clients and third parties with responsibility for the more complex queries.
Responsibility for overseeing the regulatory requirements and ensuring files are complete including identification and application forms.
Overseeing and updating all financial promotions.
Tracking ongoing advice meeting and provision of management information through the CRM<\/p>\n
Previous experience of managing of managing workflow, systems and procedures within financial services.
Technical knowledge of financial services products, regulation and legislation.
Experience of managing client accounts, relationships and CRM systems
Excellent client and staff communication skills
Effective use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritise deadlines and tasks
Professional and confident approach to clients, maintaining confidentiality at all times.<\/p>\n
