The role involves providing support to more than 350 employees across the Group&#8217;s various businesses. The successful candidate will be a member of the HR team and responsible  for developing and implementing HR strategies for the business. The duties will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of the whole HR function and processes, including payroll, contracts, policies and benefit management.<\/li>\n<li>Providing first line impartial advice on all HR queries to managers and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all recruitment and on-boarding within the business.<\/li>\n<li>Providing reports to senior managers and Directors.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement and improve staff engagement initiatives and activities across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Senior Management and Line Managers, advising across all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the HR system.<\/li>\n<li>General HR administration.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with both complex and non-complex employee relation issues, including grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all companies policies and employee handbooks are up to date and in line with current employment law legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Implement, communicate and manage all rewards &amp; benefits schemes across the business.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in L&amp;D activities.<\/li>\n<li>Performance management and appraisals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be CIPD Level 3 qualified and have experience in a HR Officer\/Advisor capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally have experience working in a manufacturing or logistics environment although this is not essential.<\/p>\n<p>Schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day shift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ability to commute\/relocate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High Wycombe, HP12 &#8211; reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human resources: 2 years (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work authorisation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>United Kingdom (required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Location: In person<\/p>\n<p><b>Application Deadline:<\/b> 24\/12\/2023<br \/>\n<b>Contract Type:<\/b> Permanent<br \/>\n<b>Submitted Applications:<\/b> 0<\/p>\n<p><a class='btn btn-block btn-primary theme-btn-primary' style='text-align: center; text-decoration: none; margin: auto 0;width: 100%;' href='https:\/\/www.reed.co.uk\/jobs\/hr-officer\/51689528' target='_blank' rel=\"noopener\"> Apply Now <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employer: Connect Recruitment Consultants Ltd.
