years PQE and be able to undertake contentious and transactional restructuring and insolvency work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide advice to insolvency practitioners, business directors, banks and other lenders.<\/li>\n<li>Explain clear and tailored advice to senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Work on both corporate and personal insolvency cases. <\/li>\n<li>Transactional work includes pre-packs, administrations, CVAs, and restructuring plans. <\/li>\n<li>Contentious work includes actions for and against former directors and antecedent transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified solicitor with 1&#43;
