Highly reputable and with a great work culture, we are seeking to recruit a new permanent staff member to their team.<\/p>\n<p>The role will be varied and will appeal to candidates who have excellent customer focussed skills and are seeking variety in their role. You will be based across 2 Swansea offices \/ sites and will be dealing with customers, businesses and clients on a face-to-face  basis, as well as via telephone, email and online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties will include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising customers on products, their features and uses.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating the use of products safely and competently.<\/li>\n<li>Processing customer purchases using SAGE and cash handling.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer knowledge is essential as you will be required to update our websites and keep social media updated and fresh.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with customer enquiries on the telephone.<\/li>\n<li>General administration.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with merchandising of stock items received, labelling of stock and shelf replenishment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom, storeroom and staff area at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Full clean driving licence will be essential to the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience \/ skills required for the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have previous experience within or understanding of the Healthcare sector.<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to understand the needs of a customer and to present in a consultative manner.<\/li>\n<li>Be considerate and empathetic.<\/li>\n<li>Have a desire to exceed customer expectations and to always do the right thing is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm to drive our business forward and personally succeed.<\/li>\n<li>A real passion for service and customers.<\/li>\n<li>A fun and positive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire and belief to be the best in all aspects of your role.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role will carry full-time hours, working approximately 40 hours per week, to include a half day every other Saturday.
