Property Maintenance at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and manage team of Multi Skilled Repair  Specialists ensuring a customer focused approach and a right first time repairs service in line with agreed budgets and performance measures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the team to ensure that key performance indicators, such as Customer Satisfaction, RTF and repairs priorities, are achieved and that works orders are closed down within agreed timescales.<\/li>\n<li>Manage trades operatives to ensure right first time completion of jobs and that all health and safety is complied with to safeguard our staff and the general public.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that works allocation is monitored to ensure full use of time is achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and any required support tools in order to coach and equip individuals with appropriate business knowledge and skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working within building maintenance or repairs<\/li>\n<li>Supervisory or team leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and awareness of working with asbestos<\/li>\n<li>Social Housing experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>35 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 26 days holiday plus bank holidays<\/li>\n<li>Fuel card<\/li>\n<li>Company van<\/li>\n<li>A fantastic pension<\/li>\n<li>Life assurance<\/li>\n<li>Great holidays<\/li>\n<li>An award-winning flexible benefits package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diversity and Inclusion are integral to the Hyde Group as a social business, and critical in delivering our vision of a great home for everyone.
