Personal Lines Account Handler required to join a well respected insurance broker to join its personal lines team.<\/p>\n
A key part of the role will involve negotiating renewals and ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of client service in relation to their household and car insurance cover. You will also deal with service issues, and update any mid-term changes to cover accurately on the system.<\/p>\n
Some previous knowledge of general insurance or previous experience in personal lines insurance would be an advantage for this role although not essential. The main focus is customer service with high levels of attention to detail. Its also important that you are able to build positive relationships over the phone and face to face with clients.<\/p>\n
