Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Drive the delivery of a website rebuild with a launch planned for Q1 2024<\/li>\n<li>Review pages on the draft site for accuracy of copy, internal links and downloads<\/li>\n<li>Support the image library collation and upload process including video content<\/li>\n<li>Create and optimise engaging content for the website and social media<\/li>\n<li>Create new web pages to meet the needs of the business and the marketing plan, conducting analysis through tracking tools and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Measure all digital marketing activities against KPI&#8217;s and identify potential improvements<\/li>\n<li>Deliver social media campaigns including scheduling of content, engagement tracking, analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse trends in digital and social media. Create reports for the senior management team<\/li>\n<li>Delivery and ensure campaigns are within budget<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and identify new opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>?? Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Website content management systems<\/li>\n<li>Website reporting and analytics tools<\/li>\n<li>A\/B testing and other forms of optimisation<\/li>\n<li>Social media platforms and scheduling tools<\/li>\n<li>PPC &amp; Email marketing<\/li>\n<li>Working within B2B industry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Adobe creative suite<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce CRM<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment under own initiative<\/li>\n<li>Confident and able to effectively communicative at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
