As a Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee : <\/p>\n
Business development :
– Developing a client portfolio : building strong relationships with potential new clients
– Follow-up actions : business meeting, business lunch, cold-calling, emailing
– Contracting with clients from various industries
– Networking : events, business breakfasts, webinars… <\/p>\n
Recruitment :
– Supporting our clients in their search for junior to C-level profiles
– Interviews, selection, recruitment of candidates
– Following your candidates during their probation period
– Creating a network of candidates<\/p>\n
To be successful in this position, you’ve had a first exposure to recruitment and\/or business development.
