Job title: Accounts Payable Assistant<\/p>\n Location: Reigate (100% office based)<\/p>\n Hours: 37.5 hours per week<\/p>\n Salary: £14.36 per hour PAYE or £17.78 via an umbrella company.<\/p>\n 6 month temporary role with a potential to extend. <\/strong><\/p>\n My client, a large service provider, are looking for an interim accounts payable assistant for a 6 month period. You will be 100% office based at their head office in Reigate that is 5 minutes walk from the local train station. <\/p>\n Key Responsibilities\/Accountabilities for the Accounts payable assistant:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Accounts payable support, processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals and<\/p>\n company procedures are followed.<\/p>\n \u2022 Responding to queries and requests from internal teams and suppliers and maintaining strong<\/p>\n relationships with stakeholders.<\/p>\n \u2022 Preparation of weekly and monthly BACs payment run.<\/p>\n \u2022 Providing cover for the accounts payable and subcontractor accounts teams.<\/p>\n \u2022 Processing expenses, ensuring accurate coding and approvals, including employee expense claims<\/p>\n and credit card expenses.<\/p>\n \u2022 General admin, scanning and filing of invoices.<\/p>\n Experience in a similar role is preferred.<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication.<\/p>\n \u2022 High attention to detail<\/p>\n \u2022 Can do attitude with willing to engage with other teams and projects as they arise.<\/p>\n \u2022 Team player who is able to build relationships across the business.<\/p>\n \u2022 Quick learner and ability to adapt to new systems<\/p>\n Ideally experience of Sage line 50.<\/p>\n This is an ongoing temporary assignment, please apply for immediate consideration.<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 06\/04\/2024
