Company car <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor\/ Manager on behalf of one of our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Applications from ex-military candidates are actively encouraged, however all candidates will be given due consideration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Risk Assessments and Method statements (RAMS) are completed and up to date for each customer site.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum standards of performance by team are reviewed and adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Customer sites are visited on a regular basis, ensuring customer feedback is captured and addressed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the rota is maintained and adhered to, including the cleaning rota.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of quarterly Logistics Operatives PDR\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the Business Development Team and Projects team to organise and manage the installation of new customer bin systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure there is always clear visibility of all assets on customer sites, including value and descriptions.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and manage signed customer agreements for Free on Loan Assets.<\/li>\n<li>Management of fleet.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging monthly vehicle checks.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with internal customers; Sales, Purchasing &amp; Accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Answering any queries or questions from internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Act on feedback from the Sales Team regarding customer concerns regarding management and maintenance of our bin systems.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery performance related statistics showing picking, delivery, and staff performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communications &amp; negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Logical \/ methodical approach to operations.<\/li>\n<li>Organisation, individual initiative, flexibility, and time management.<\/li>\n<li>Competent using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook &amp; PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with stock &amp; accounting software such as SAP or SAGE favourable.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate and can solve basic IT issues.<\/li>\n<li>Clean driving License.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location: Burton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary: &#163;30,000 Per Annum &#43;
