This includes conducting regular  audits.<\/p>\n<p>You will be working 37.5 hour per week, with some on-call duties required. <\/p>\n<p>As a Maintenance Lead at Castleholme Lodge, you\u2019ll have access to a range of training opportunities that can see your career grow to help you achieve your career aspirations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and implement a planned preventative maintenance schedule to optimise standards and performance of hospital plant, equipment, buildings, and grounds.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance on buildings structure and fittings. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate records of the planned maintenance and test results, e.g. Equipment logs, service certification, fire alarm logs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain safe working practices when operating hand, power and workshop tools.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that all electrical equipment is tested (PAT) in line with legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role, you will need:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience within a similar role<\/li>\n<li>General building trade experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to paint and decorate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Basic numeracy and literacy&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you will get:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual salary of &#163;24,803<\/li>\n<li>The equivalent of 33 days annual leave (inc.
