With a core focus on driving the website and email marketing, your role will involve working  closely alongside the sales team to action innovative sales campaigns. Responsible for co-managing, supporting, and leading a close-knit team of like-minded people to achieve the marketing aspirations of our client\u2019s growing business.<br \/>If you are passionate about creating and executing insightful digital marketing campaigns that result in meaningful profitable results, this would be a perfect opportunity for you.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<em>To succeed in this role, you\u2019ll need: <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior professional experience in digital marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in budget and strategy planning \/ maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of CRM\/data management, HubSpot would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>eCommerce experience, ideally Magento\/Adobe Commerce.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed knowledge of website analytics tools\/GA4.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and design packages would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Possess initiative, resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp;<br \/><em>Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CRM management \u2013 ensuring quality content with the purpose of identifying\/targeting to enhance performance.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to drive client acquisition, growth, and retention with the use of advanced analytic software.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with various internal team members to achieve successful campaigns against strategies and goals set.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Sales Team to ensure a continual stream of valuable leads<\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports and statistics for use internally.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking, analysis and reporting to enable performance improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Measure ROI against KPI\u2019s, across all platforms and ensure proactive approach is taken to continually enhance.<\/li>\n<li>Budgetary planning and department cost maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of the company\u2019s website(s).<\/li>\n<li>Hiring, coaching and management of team members.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with various third-party organisations and\/or consultants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp;<br \/>In return the successful&nbsp;<strong>Digital Marketing Manager<\/strong> will receive up to &#163;42,000 per annum.
