Your technical know-how and excellent communication will play a vital role in helping clients use technology to improve their  business operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong relationships with clients as the main point of contact, understanding their unique business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Expertly guide clients in transitioning to Microsoft 365 and Google services for efficient cloud adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Offer expert advice on utilizing Microsoft and Google services to enhance efficiency and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively address technical issues in clients&#8217; IT infrastructure, coordinating with our technical teams for swift resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead smooth onboarding for new clients, conducting training on Microsoft 365\/Google tools.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding IT services in existing accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Generate regular reports on Microsoft 365\/Google service performance, providing insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends for informed recommendations to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &nbsp;<br \/><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven background in technical account management or a client-facing role in IT services.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SMEs is crucial, and education sector experience is a plus. Familiarity with Managed Service Provider sector is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based solutions.
