This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a newly created role. The position holder will be responsible for overseeing  and managing the supply chain &amp; procurement process, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing and procurement to logistics and distribution, ensuring the availability of materials and services required for business operations.<\/p>\n<p>The role involves supplier management, negotiation, and strategic planning to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the purchasing process.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and establish relationships with potential vendors and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favourable terms.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor supplier performance to maintain quality standards and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet the company&#8217;s purchasing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies during the procurement process.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse market trends and conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and optimize transportation and warehouse operations.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.<\/li>\n<li>Implement systems and technologies to streamline supply chain processes.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce and consolidate supplier and product portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Requirements<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager \/ Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of procurement &amp; supply chain practices, regulations, and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using procurement software and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in procurement Or supply chain (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and team management skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field desirable #<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hours: Monday &#8211;
