We are looking for an ambitious individual to join a high performing team of finance experts.<\/p>\n
Someone with a passion for business and an interest in learning how to manage acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fundraising for clients across all sectors.<\/p>\n
Mentored by a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of deals in a small yet growing team.<\/p>\n
This role will enable you to manage deals and client relationships from start to finish; taking part in initial client meetings and deal structuring, preparing financial models, creating business plans and managing all aspects of the deal.<\/p>\n
The corporate finance team are commercial and innovative, and believe the success of the firm is driven by ensuring that every employee maximises their potential within their role.<\/p>\n
Experience required<\/strong><\/p>\n Recently Qualified Accountant, ACA , ACCA or CIMA.<\/p>\n Some experience \/ awareness of Acquisitions and Disposals is desirable but not essential.<\/p>\n Broad commercial experience gained in practice or industry.<\/p>\n A passion for delivering high quality results and ensuring the client\u2019s needs are met.<\/p>\n You will have the following attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n Making sure people feel valued and rewarded is part of their everyday culture.<\/p>\n As a Corporate Finance Partner there is no limit on your upper earnings, and ample opportunities for progression as the business continues to grow.<\/p>\n A base salary of £50k is paid plus commission directly related to deals made (10%)- you should earn around £65-75k in your first year\u2026..<\/p>\n Application Deadline:<\/b> 15\/04\/2024\n
