This role has a clear succession path to HR Manager with the aim of the role is  to create a first-class employee experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support on the HR Strategy including running HR projects. <\/li>\n<li>Performance management, through coaching managers\/programmes<\/li>\n<li>Leading Wellbeing programmes for the business<\/li>\n<li>Employee engagement and employee relations<\/li>\n<li>Leading on Learning &amp; development programmes <\/li>\n<li>People analytics; timely monthly and quarterly P&amp;D KPI reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Suitable Candidate for the Senior HR Advisor vacancy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong HR Advisory skills, including coaching and advising managers <\/li>\n<li>Ideally CIPD Level 7 or studying towards<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills, <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional benefits and information for the role of Senior HR Advisor: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office based role and flexibility on hours<\/li>\n<li>Excellent benefits including free parking <\/li>\n<li>Excellent working culture, encouraging training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in rel3-ation to this role.
