Harassment Procedures, relevant legislation\/statutory  codes and evidence based best practice principles.<\/li>\n<li>To provide specialist advice, support, and guidance to Managers in the management of complex cases, including potential cases of gross misconduct and consideration of precautionary suspension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Workforce Directorate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide core advice, guidance and support to staff and Managers across a range of workforce issues, consistent with nationally agreed terms and conditions, regional and local workforce policy and procedure, relevant legislation, and best practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a relevant degree or recognised professional qualification plus a minimum of two years\u2019 post graduate middle* management experience within a Human Resources (HR) function, providing professional advice and guidance on a range of workforce issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a minimum of five years\u2019 experience two of which must be at a middle* management level, within a Human Resources (HR) function, providing professional advice and guidance on a range of workforce issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills &amp;
